血液灌流、机械通气和长托宁抢救急性有机磷中毒60例分析

目的观察联合应用血液灌流、机械通气和长托宁治疗重症有机磷中毒疗效。方法将60例重度有机磷农药中毒患者分为治疗组(联合应用血液灌流、机械通气和长托宁治疗)和对照组。对照组按照常规给予紧急洗胃、催吐导泻,并给予机械通气,阿托品及氯磷定等治疗。治疗组在通常治疗基础上应用血液灌流、机械通气和长托宁治疗。观察胆碱酯酶(CHE)恢复时间、长托宁和阿托品用量和给药次数、机械通气时间、昏迷时间、死亡率等指标。结果治疗组CHE恢复时间、长托宁用量和给药次数、机械通气时间、昏迷时间、死亡率等均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论联合应用血液灌流、机械通气和长托宁治疗重症有机磷中毒疗效显著。

Analysis of hemoperfusion,mechanical ventilation combined with penehyclidine hydrochloride in treatment of 60 patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning

Objective To observe the efficacy of the hemoperfusion,mechanical ventilation combined with penehyclidine hydrochloride in the treatment of patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods Totally 60 patients with acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were divided into treatment group and control group.The control group accepted the traditional treatment,the treatment group accepted hemoperfusion and the penehyclidine hydrochloride on the base of traditional treatment.Observed duration of the recovery of cholinesterase activity,the cumulative dosages and frequency of the penehyclidine hydrochloride and atropine,the duration of mechanical ventilation and unconscious,the mortality.Results In treatment group,duration of the recovery of cholinesterase activity,the cumulative dosages and frequency of the penehyclidine hydrochloride and atropine,the duration of mechanical ventilation and unconscious,the mortality were lower than those of control groups.Conclusions The combination of hemoperfusion,mechanical ventilation and penehyclidine hydrochloride injection is effective in the treatment of patients with acute severe organphosphorus pesticide poisoning.
