早期乳腺癌保乳术患者围手术期护理对策分析

目的:旨在对乳腺癌患者接受保乳手术治疗的围手术期的临床护理的分析和研究,探讨和总结其护理对策.方法:收集于本院接受早期乳腺癌保乳术患者65 例,随机分为精心围手术期护理的治疗组32 例和常规护理的对照组33 例,于术后2周以乳腺癌患者生命质量测评量表(FACT-B,V4.0) 评价2组患者的生存质量及术后1月评价患者乳房美容效果.结果:两组生存质量对比结果显示情感状况、功能状况、乳腺癌附加关注方面和总分方面治疗组优于对照组且有统计学意义;两组患者乳房美容效果对照组总满意率为87.88%,治疗组93.75%.结论:精心围手术期护理在早期乳腺癌保乳手术中疗效肯定,提高了患者的生存率、美容效果和生活质量.

Analysis of Perioperative Nursing with Early Breast Carcinoma Who Accepted Breast-conserving Operation

Objective:To study and analysis of perioperative nursing with early breast carcinoma who accepted breast-conserving operation.Methods:In our hospital,to collect 65 patients with early breast carcinoma who accepted breast-conserving operation,Randomly divided into well-perioperative care group 32 cases and usual care group 33 cases,all the patients were assessed with Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Breast(FACT-BV4.0) two weeks after operation,one month later evaluation of cosmetic results of breast.Results:Comparing the results of quality of life showed that treatment group was better than the control group in the emotional status,functional status,breast cancer in additional areas of concern and total score,it has statistically significant.Cosmetic results of breast showed that the total satisfaction rate of the control group was 87.88% and treatment group was 93.75%.Conclusion:Careful perioperative care in early breast conserving surgery is effective,it can improve the patient’s survival,cosmetic results and quality of life.
