| 摘 要： | 目的探讨神经肽P物质在牙周炎时的效应及与牙周炎的关系。方法采用免疫组化两步法检测P物质在正常牙龈及牙周炎患者牙龈组织中的分布及细胞定位。结果通过平均光密度值比较牙周炎患者牙龈组织中P物质的含量比在正常牙龈组织高,两者有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论 P物质参与了牙龈组织的炎症反应,进而证实神经因素参与了牙周病的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between occurrence and development of chronic periodontitis and neuropeptide substance P(SP).Methods Power VisionTM two steps immunohistochemical method with anti-SP was used to detect the tissue distribution and cellular localization of SP in normal and periodontitis gingival tissue.Results The expression SP was higher and stronger in the periodontitis of inflammatory gingival tissues than that in normal gingival tissue,and there was a significant difference between normal and inflammatory gingival tissues.Conclusion SP may participate in the inflammtion of gingival tissue,which prove nerve element involves in the periodontal disease occurrence. |
