前列地尔联合血栓通治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的临床观察

目地观察前列地尔(凯时)联合血栓通(晨钟)治疗双下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的临床疗效。方法将郑州大学第五附属医院2009年1月至2011年1月收治的双下肢动脉硬化闭塞症82例,随机分为2组,在常规治疗基础上,对照组予0.9%氯化钠100ml加前列地尔20μg静脉滴注,观察组在对照组基础上联合0.9%氯化钠100ml加血栓通针0.5g静脉滴注,每日1次,疗程为14d。疗程结束后评定疗效。结果观察组的有效率为97.56%,对照组的有效率为80.49%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的踝臂指数、趾肱指数(ABI、TBI)较治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组踝臂指数、趾肱指数(ABI、TBI)变化较对照组显著(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔联合血栓通治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症可有效改善患者的症状,提高临床疗效,且不良反应轻微。

Clinical observation of Alprostadil and Xueshuantong in treatment of lower limb arteriosclerosis occlusion

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Alprostadil and Xueshuantong in treatment of the lower limb arteriosclerosis occlusion.Methods The Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2009 to January.2011,lower limb arteriosclerosis block 82 cases of disease,were randomly divided into two groups,based on the conventional treatment,control group to give Alprostadil intravenous drip,based on the observation group in the control group joint Xueshuantong intravenous drip,qd,treatment for 14d.Evaluated results after the course.Results The effective rate in observation group was 97.56%,the control group was 80.49%,two groups of comparisons difference have statistical significance(P<0.05).Two groups after treating ABI and TBI is before treatment compared,difference have statistical significance(P<0.05),and the observation group ABI,TBI was significantly with the change(P<0.05).Conclusions Alprostadil joint Xueshuantong treatment of lower limb arteriosclerosis block disease can effectively improve the symptoms of patients,improve the clinical effect,and slightly adverse reactions.
