冷水刺激前庭器官对大鼠胃活动的影响

目的观察冷水刺激前庭器官对大鼠胃活动的影响。方法用水囊法观察冷水刺激前庭器官时,大鼠胃运动的变化。放射免疫技术测定单侧前庭损伤后大鼠血液中胃泌素、胃动素的含量。结果对照组大鼠冷水刺激后,胃运动频率在前3 min内明显下降(P<0.05),胃内压在前2 min明显下降(P<0.05)。假破坏组和单侧迷路破坏组冷水刺激健侧前庭后,胃内压和胃运动频率的变化与正常组相似。单侧迷路破坏2周的大鼠胃运动频率和胃内压与刺激前相比明显下降(P<0.05)。放免检测还发现,单侧迷路破坏组大鼠胃动素和胃泌素含量明显低于假破坏组(P<0.05)。结论 1)冷水刺激前庭器官抑制大鼠胃运动;2)单侧迷路破坏抑制大鼠胃运动的频率和幅度,降低血液中胃泌素和胃动素含量。

Effects of Vestibular Organ Stimulation with Cold Water on Gastric Activity in Rats

Objective To investigate the effects of vestibular organ stimulation with cold water on gastric activity in rats.Methods Hyponome was used to record gastric motility.Gastrin and motilin were measured by radioimmunoassay(RIA).Results In control group,gastric motility frequency(GMF) was decreased in the first 3 min(P<0.05) and intragastric pressure(IGP) decreased in the first 2 min after cold water irrigation into the middle ear,and then the both returned to normal levels.Similar changes were also observed in sham destroy group and Unilateral labyrinthectomy(UL) group.Two weeks after UL,IGP and GMF were significantly reduced as compared with those of the sham destroy group(P<0.05).The result of RIA showed that the gastrin and motilin in UL group were also significantly decreased as compared with those of the sham destroy group(P<0.05).Conclusion 1) The vestibular organ stimulated by cold water may play a negative role in regulating GMF and IGP in rats.2) GMF and IGP as well as the concentration of gastrin and motilin were significantly inhibited by UL.
