父母教养方式对医学生心理防御机制的影响

目的了解当前医学生的性格特征与家庭教育的关系;方法通过问卷调查对不同家庭结构医学生的家庭教养方式、防御机制进行了相关分析,并通过回归分析对不成熟防御机制的家庭教养因子进行研究;结果不同家庭结构和不同性别子女,父亲的教养方式存在显著性差异;在母亲教养方式的情感温暖维度,仅性别存在显著性差异;不同家庭结构的医学生防御机制不存在显著差异;结论不同结构家庭父母亲的情感、温暖对子女的不成熟防御机制有显著影响。在正常结构家庭中,母亲的情感温暖,惩罚严厉对子女的成熟防御机制有显著的预测作用。在特殊结构家庭中,父亲的拒绝、否认对子女的成熟防御机制有预测作用。在正常结构家庭中,母亲的拒绝否认对中间型防御机制有显著的预测作用。

The influence of the pattern of parental rearing for medical college sdtudents from families with the sdtyle of sdelf-defense

Objective To probe into the relationship between the personality of college students and their family education.Methods based on questionnaires,as well as an analysis of the pattern of parental rearing and the style of self defense in families with different structures,and the factors of parental rear ing in an immature style of self defense by means of linear regression were studied.Results The pattern of paternal rearing varies significantly according to the family structure and the gender of the children;there is a significant gender difference in maternal emotion and warmth.Conclusion The students of medical college from families with different structures show no significant difference in the style of self defense;in families with different structures,parental emotion and warmth have an effect on their children simmature style of self-defense;in families with normal structures,maternal emotions,warmth,and strict discipline make a significant prediction about their children smature style of self-defense;in families with special structures,paternal refusal or denial makes a certain prediction about their children s mature style of self-defense;in families with normal structures,maternal refusal or denial makes make a significant prediction about the intermediate style of self-defense.
