雷贝拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗胃食管反流病临床研究

目的探讨雷贝拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗胃食管反流病(GERD)的临床疗效。方法 116例GERD患者,随机分为两组,每组各58例,观察组给予雷贝拉唑联合莫沙比利,而对照组给予雷尼替丁联合莫沙比利。观察比较两组患者治疗前后临床症状发作频率及症状严重程度及临床疗效。结果两组治疗8周后临床发作频率及症状程度积分均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01),且观察组积分明显低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雷贝拉唑联合莫沙必利是一种安全、高效的治疗GERD的方法。

Clinical therapeutic effect of Rabeprazole combined with Mosapride in treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease

Objective To study the clinical effects of rabeprazole combined with mosapride on gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD).Methods Totally 116 patients with GERD in our department were divided into two groups randomly,each group had 58 patients.Patients in the observation group were treated with Rabeprazole combined with Mosapride,the control group were treated with Ranitidine combined with Mosapride.The frequency of clinical symptoms and the severity of symptoms and the clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Results The frequency of clinical symptoms and the severity of symptoms were significantly lower in the two group 8 weeks after the treatment than before,the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01);In comparison with the control group,total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05);Conclusions Rabeprazole combined with Mosapride is a safe and efficient treatment method of GERD.
