布托啡诺硬膜外镇痛与静脉镇痛在术后镇痛中的临床效果比较

目的:探讨布托啡诺硬膜外镇痛与静脉镇痛在术后患者镇痛的临床效果和安全性。方法:腰硬联合麻醉术后患者160例,随机分为两组,硬膜外镇痛组(PCEA组)和静脉镇痛组(PCIA组),每组80例,记录各组患者术毕后4、8、12、24、36、48 h后VAS评分、术后48h患者对镇痛的满意度,并观察不良反应的发生率。结果:术后硬膜外镇痛组患者的镇痛效果明显优于静脉镇痛组(P<0.05),硬膜外镇痛组并发症的发生率低于静脉镇痛组(P<0.05)。结论:术后布托啡诺用于静脉镇痛和硬膜外镇痛均能达到良好的镇痛效果,能安全有效地用于术后镇痛,治疗剂量下不良反应较少,但硬膜外镇痛效果更好,是值得临床推广的镇痛模式。

Butorphanol Analgesia Epidural Analgesia and Intravenous Analgesia in Postoperative Comparison of Clinical Effects

Objective:To evaluated the postoperative analgesia and safety of butorphanol epidural analgesia and intravenous analgesia.Methods: Patients after lumbar epidural anesthesia 160 cases were randomly divided into two groups 80 patients,epidural analgesia(PCEA group) and intravenous analgesia(PCIA group) record the wake of surgery patients after extubation 4,8,12,24,36,48 h after the VAS score,postoperative analgesia 48h patient satisfaction and the incidence of adverse reactions observed.Results: There were statistical differences between the PCEA group and PCIA group in effective rate and incidence of complications(P<0.05).Conclusion: Connaught Brown for technical intravenous analgesia and epidural analgesia were able to achieve good analgesia is safe and effective for postoperative analgesia.
