新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病11例临床诊疗分析

目的:探讨神经节苷酯治疗新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病的临床治疗。方法:选取我院2008年7月~2009年8月收治的11例新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病患者的临床资料,记为治疗组,选取2004年9月~2007年8月收治的15例缺血缺氧性脑病患者的临床资料,记为对照组,对照组应用基础治疗,治疗组患者在对照组治疗的基础上加用神经节苷酯,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗组患者显效6例,有效4例,无效1例,总有效率90.91%,对照组患者显效5例,有效7例,无效3例,总有效率80%,两组患者疗效的比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:神经节苷酯治疗新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病,能明显缓解患者的临床症状,缩短疗程,提高治愈率,疗效满意值得在临床推广。

Clinical Analysis of Diagnosis and Treatment of 11 Neonates with Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy

Objective: To study clinical efficacy of gangliosides for neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.Methods: 11 cases of neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy was treatment group,who were admitted to our hospital from July of 2008 to August of 2009,and 15 cases of neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy was control group,who were admitted to our hospital from September of 2004 to August of 2007.Control group was offered with foundation treatment,while treatment group was given foundation treatment plus gangliosides.After that,clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results: In treatment group,6 cases were effective,4 cases were efficient,and 1 case was ineffective,whose total efficiency was 90.91%.In control group,5 cases were effective,7 cases were efficient,and 3 cases were ineffective,the total efficiency of which was 80%.The differences in efficacy of the two groups are statistically significant.Conclusion: Ganglioside treatment of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy can alleviate the clinical symptoms of the patients,shorten the course of treatment,improve the cure rate,it is worth promoting in clinical curative effect.
