长托宁与阿托品治疗有机磷农药中毒的疗效对比

目的:对比长托宁与阿托平对有机磷农药中毒的治疗效果。方法:94例机型有机磷农药中毒患者随机分为观察组与对照组各47例,观察组予长托宁治疗,对照组予阿托品治疗,对比两组给药次数、住院天数、治愈率、死亡率及不良反应情况。结果:观察组给药次数显著低于对照组(t=8.3508,P<0.01),总住院天数显著少于对照组(t=3.7953,P<0.01),治愈率显著高于对照组(χ2=3.8869,P<0.05),死亡率显著低于对照组(χ2=5.2809,P<0.05),不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(χ2=11.6313,P<0.01)。结论:长托宁在AOPP的治疗中疗效确切,与阿托品相比可减少用药次数、提高治愈率、缩短住院时间、减少不良反应,减轻患者痛苦,值得在临床进一步推广应用。

Comparative Study of Curative Effects of Penehyclidine Hydrochloride and Atropine in Treating of Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning

Objective: To compare the curative effects between penehyclidine hydrochloride(PQN) and atropine in treating of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods: 94 cases of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were randomly divided into trial group and control group,each group had 47 cases,the trial group treated with penehyclidine hydrochloride,the control group with atropine treatment,compared the time administer drug,the length of days,cure rate,mortality and adverse reaction.Results: The time administer drug of the observation group were lower than the control group(t = 8.3508,P < 0.01),the total hospital significantly less than the control group(t = 3.7953,P < 0.01),cure rate significantly higher than those in the control group(the chi-square = 3.8869,P < 0.05),the mortality rate significantly lower than those of the control group(χ2= 5.2809,P < 0.05),adverse reaction rate significantly lower than those of the control group(χ2= 11.6313,P < 0.01).Conclusion: In the treatment of AOPP,penehyclidine hydrochloride had exact effects,and compared with atropine can reduce the number of drug use,enhance the curative rate,shorter hospital stay,reduce adverse reactions,relieve pain,worth in clinical further popularized.
