| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨应用替莫唑胺治疗恶性脑胶质瘤患者的护理体会。方法:选择2007年1月至2010年6月符合应用替莫唑胺化疗的恶性脑胶质瘤患者69例进行回顾性分析。结果:69例患者中有19例出现恶心,呕吐症状,11例患者白细胞下降,9例患者出现血小板减少症。结论:做好化疗期间患者的护理,掌握正确给药时间及观察患者用药期间病情及药物的毒副作用,对患者的治疗起到非常重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the clinical experiences of nursing care of orally taking temozolomide chemotherapy for patients with malignant gliomas.Methods: The nursing care of 69 malignant glioma patients accepted orally taking temozolomide from January 2007 to June 2010 were respectively analysed.Results: Among all 69 cases,19 cases were with nausea and vomiting,11 cases with leucopenia,and 9 cases with thrombocytopenia.Conclusion: It plays very important role in the treatment for patients to perform nursing care during chemotherapy including correct drugs administration on time and nursing observation on adverse reactions of medication. |
