氨溴特罗口服液治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效分析

目的分析氨溴特罗口服液在临床上用于治疗支气管肺炎患儿的疗效及安全性。方法 144例0～36个月的婴幼儿支气管肺炎患者,随机分为治疗组72例(氨溴特罗口服液)和对照组72例(盐酸氨溴索塘浆)。观察两组患儿治疗后体温、咳嗽、肺部啰音消失及X线胸片阴影消失情况。结果治疗组、对照组治疗后咳嗽、体温和肺部啰音消失及X线胸片均较治疗前明显减轻(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗7d后,呼吸道症状改善的总有效率高于对照组。结论氨溴特罗口服液对改善支气管肺炎的临床症状疗效显著。

Analysis of effect of ammonia bromine Trow oral in treatment of babies and infants with bronchopneumonia

Objective To assess safety and efficacy of bromine trow’s oral liquid ammonia clinically used to treat children bronchopneumonia.Methods Totally 144 cases of 0 ~ 72 months of infantile bronchial pneumonia patients were randomly divided into the treatment group,72 cases(ammonia bromine trow’s oral liquid) and the control group(72 cases,hydrochloric acid ammonia bromine cable pond plasma).After the treatment of two groups of children observe temperature,cough,lung kf sound disappears,the X-ray chest radiograph shadow disappears.Results Treatment group and control group after the treatment of cough,temperature and lung kf sound disappears,the X-ray chest radiograph,which is before treatment ligtening obviously(P<0.05).The treatment group after treatment,respiratory symptoms improved 7d total effective rate higher than those in the control group.Conclusions Bromine trow’s oral liquid ammonia to improve bronchopneumonia clinical symptoms of curative effect is distinct.
