2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者冠脉造影临床分析

目的探讨2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者的冠状动脉造影特点。方法回顾性分析2009年1月—2011年6月收治的45例2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者冠脉造影资料,并与本院同期收治的45例单纯性冠心病患者冠脉造影资料进行比较,分析两组患者冠脉造影资料之间的异同,为临床诊治提供数据支持。结果冠心病合并2型糖尿病组与对照组在各方面无明显统计学差异,冠心病合并2型糖尿病组的多支血管病变及弥漫性病变的发生率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而单支和双支血管病变发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病合并冠心病患者的冠状动脉血管受累明显较非糖尿病冠心病患者严重,且病变更为弥漫。

Clinical analysis of coronary angiography of Type 2 diabetes with coronary heart disease

Objective To investigate the coronary angiography of coronary heart disease patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A retrospective analysis from January 2009 to June 2011 in our hospital 45 patients with type 2 diabetes,coronary heart disease in patients with coronary angiography,and treated with the same period in hospital,45 cases of simple coronary angiography in patients with coronary heart disease and compared two groups and analyzed similarities and differences between coronary angiography for diagnosis and treatment.Results Coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes group and control group in all respects was no significant difference,in coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes group,multivessel disease and diffuse lesions were significantly higher(P<0.05),and single and double-vessel disease were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Diabetic patients with coronary heart disease was coronary artery involvement in patients with severe coronary heart disease than non-diabetic,and the lesion is more diffuse.
