| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨不孕女性患者宫腹腔镜联合术后行盆腔滴注治疗的护理方法。方法:选取不孕女性患者68例,行盆腹腔镜手术后盆腔滴注,严密观察病情变化,采取人性化护理方式。结果:通过对术后盆腔滴注患者进行人性化护理,有效地配合了医生治疗,无明显并发症,术后平均住院时间4.8d。结论:对宫腹腔镜联合术后行盆腔滴注患者采取人性化护理措施,可以有效地预防和减少并发症,促进患者早日康复。

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the nursing of pelvic instillation of drugs after the operation of combining uteroscope and laporoscope for treatment of infertilit.Methods: 68 female infertility patients in our hospital who were treated with pelvic instillation of drugs after the operation of combining uteroscope and laporoscope.Watch tightly the change of the state of the patients after operation.And human nursing way was take in time.Results: The human nursing coordinated effectively doctor’ s diagnosis and treatment,there was no significant postoperative complications,and the average postoperative hospital time of patients was 4.8 days.Conclusion: Nursing of pelvic instillation of drugs after the operation of combining uteroscope and laporoscope for treatment of infertility can effectively prevent and reduce complications and promote patients early recovery. |
