骨折患者钢板取出术后切口感染预防与护理对策

目的:研究股骨干骨折患者钢板内固定后取出钢板术后如何预防感染及如何护理。方法:选取2009年4月~2011年3月于我院进行治疗的股骨干骨折钢板取出术后并发感染的患者共23例,对其进行心理护理、保持正确体位、观察患肢活动情况、患肢切口护理、观察患肢切口情况等护理,观察其感染率及感染好转情况。结果:共收治164例股骨干骨折患者,其中23例发生钢板取出术后感染,感染发生率为14.02%。通过对感染的切口分泌物进行病原菌培养和药敏试验后,21例切口感染好转,好转率为91.30%。另外2例患者并发糖尿病,切口感染控制不佳。结论:对股骨干骨折钢板取出术后切口感染患者进行心理护理、切口护理等,可有效预防及治疗切口感染。

Patients with Fracture of The Steel Plate Remove Postoperative Incision Infection Prevention and Nursing Countermeasures

Objective: How to prevent infection the femoral fracture patients take out after steel plate fixation.Methods: Select 23 cases of patients,observe the limb incision,etc,observe the nursing and infection rates up.Results: 164 cases were femoral fractures treated patients,23 cases happened postoperative infection,infection rate was 14.02%.The recovery was 91.30%.Conclusion: For femoral fractures steel postoperative incision infection patients out psychological nursing,care of the incision,etc.,which can effectively prevent and treat incision infection.
