丙泊酚辅助氢溴酸高乌甲素在无痛人流中的应用效果

目的:探讨丙泊酚辅助氢溴酸高乌甲素在无痛人流中的应用效果。方法:将我院2010年8月至2011年3月无痛人流的120例患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组单纯采用丙泊酚麻醉,观察组在应用丙泊酚前静脉注射氢溴酸高乌甲素4mg,监测两组患者在术前、术中、术后的平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)及血氧饱和度(SpO2),比较两组患者的丙泊酚用量、手术时间、清醒时间、疼痛评分及麻醉效果。结果:两组术中的MAP、HR均较术前显著降低(P<0.05)。但两组MAP、HR、SpO2无显著性差异(P>0.05)。但观察组的丙泊酚用量、清醒时间、疼痛评分、麻醉效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组手术时间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:丙泊酚辅助氢溴酸高乌甲素用于人流可减少丙泊酚用量,镇痛效果好,患者清醒快,是安全、有效的镇痛方法。

The Application Effect of Propofol Lappaconitine Hydrobromide Used in Painless Artificial Abortion

Objective:To explore the Application effect of propofol lappaconitine hydrobromide used in painless artificial abortion.Methods:120cases of painless induced abortion in our hospital from 2010 August to2011March were divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group only was given propofol anesthesia,the observation group was given lappaconitine hydrobromide 4mg in front of propofol intravenous,the mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR) and oxygen saturation(SpO2) of the two groups was monitoring in the preoperative,intraoperative after surgery,the two groups were compared with the dosage of propofol,operation time,recovery time,pain score and anesthetic effect.Results:MAP,HR in the two groups were decreased significantly compared with preoperative(P<0.05).But MAP,HR,SpO2 of the two groups have no significant difference(P>0.05).The dosage of propofol anesthesia awake time,pain score in the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Operation time of two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:propofol aided Lappaconitine hydrobromide for stream of people can reduce the dosage of propofol,good effect of analgesia,patients awake fast,safe,effective analgesic method.
