妈咪爱联合醒脾养儿颗粒治疗婴幼儿厌食症疗效观察

目的:观察妈咪爱联合醒脾养儿颗粒治疗婴幼儿厌食症的临床疗效。方法:对我院儿保门诊2011年8月～2011年10月的3岁前婴幼儿进行喂养调查,78例厌食症患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组40例采用妈咪爱联合醒脾养儿颗粒治疗,对照组38例单用醒脾养儿颗粒治疗。结果:(～)8月与(9～18)月组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).治疗组治愈7例,好转31例,无效2例,总有效率为95%;对照组治愈3例,好转19例,无效16例,总有效率为57.9%,两组总有效率经统计学处理,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:随着年龄增长厌食症患病率逐渐增高。加妈咪爱联合醒脾养儿颗粒治疗婴幼儿非器质性厌食症的疗效较单用醒脾养儿颗粒治疗疗效更显著。

Observation of Medilac-Vita with Xing Pi Yanger Keli for Infants and Young Children Anorexia

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of using joint Medilac-Vita Xing Pi Yanger Keli for children anorexia.Methods:Child protection clinic in our hospital in August 2011~2011 in October of feeding infants and young children of 3 years ago to investigate.78 cases of Children anorexia were divided into treatment group and control group randomly.40 cases in the treament group was treated with Medilac-Vita,Xing Pi Yanger Keli.38 cases in the control group was treated with Xing Pi Yanger Keli alone.Results:8 months and 9 months to 18 months group was significantly(P<0.01).7 cases in the treatment group were completely healed,31 cases improved and 2 cases ineffective,the total efficiency rate was 95%.While in the control group,3 cases were healed,19 cases improved,16 cases ineffective,the total efficiency rate was 57.9%.There was significant difference in total efficiency rate(P<0.001).Conclusion:Increased with age increasing the prevalence of anorexia.Medilac-Vita combined with Xing Pi Yanger Keli for children anorexia is more effective than using Xing Pi Yanger Keli alone.
