剖宫产术后切口感染二次缝合32例临床分析

目的:探讨剖宫产术后腹部切口感染的处理。方法:回顾性分析本院2004年1月~2010年12月间32例剖宫产术后腹部切口感染病例及处理方法。结果:妊娠合并症、胎膜早破、羊水污染、阴道试产失败急诊手术、孕妇肥胖等因素增加了剖宫产术后腹部切口感染比例。结论:尽早发现腹部伤口感染,及早打开伤口,彻底清创,择期二次缝合,适当运用抗生素,可有效、快速治愈剖宫产术后腹部切口感染。

The Analysis on 32 Cases of Incision Infection Secondary Suture after Cesarean Section

Objective: To explore the abdominal wound infection after cesarean section processing.Methods: A retrospective analysis of our hospital in January 2004-2010 December 32 cases of abdominal wound infection after cesarean section and treatment.Results: Pregnancy complications,premature rupture of membranes,amniotic,vaginal pilot failed emergency surgery,pregnant women,obesity and other factors have increased the proportion of infected abdominal incision after cesarean section.Conclusion: Early detection of abdominal wound infection,early open wound,debridement,selective secondary suture,the proper use of antibiotics can be effective,rapid cure of abdominal wound infection after cesarean section.
