后腹腔镜下肾上腺肿瘤切除35例的临床分析

目的评估后腹腔镜治疗肾上腺肿瘤的实用性。方法在后腹腔镜技术下行肾上腺肿瘤切除35例,其中肾上腺腺瘤15例,肾上腺髓质脂肪瘤7例,嗜铬细胞瘤5例,肾上腺囊肿5例,原发性肾上腺醛固酮增多症2例,皮质醇腺瘤1例,左侧19例,右侧16例。结果 35例手术均顺利完成手术时间在90～220min;术中出血量30～150ml之间,均未输血。术后2d患者恢复肠蠕动后进食,并可下床活动。术后住院时间为4～10d,平均5.4d,术后恢复顺利,未见明显术后并发症。结论后腹腔镜治疗肾上腺肿瘤具有术中出血少、创伤小,术后恢复快等优点,不失为一种安全、可靠的手术方式,是治疗肾上腺良性肿瘤的首选。

Clinical analysis of after iaparoscopic resection of adrenal tumors 35 cases

Objective To evaluate the effect of laparoscopic treatment for adrenal tumors.Methods The laparoscopic technique in the adrenal tumor resection in 35 cases,including adrenal adenomas,15 cases of adrenal medullary lipoma in 7 cases,5 cases of pheochromocytoma,adrenal cysts,5 cases of primary aldosteronism two cases of adrenal,cortisol adenoma in 1 case,the left side in 19 cases,the right side in 16 patients.Results Totally 35 patients were operated successfully complete the operation time of 90~220min;Between 30~150ml blood loss,blood transfusion.2days postoperative recovery of patients bowel movements after eating,and ambulation.Postoperative hospital stay was 4~10days,average 5.4days,postoperative recovery was smooth,no significant postoperative complications.Conclusions Laparoscopic treatment of adrenal tumors with less bleeding,less trauma,faster postoperative recovery,etc,is a safe,reliable surgical method of choice for the treatment of benign adrenal gland.
