| 摘 要： | 目的采用高效液相色谱法测定半夏泻心汤及其苦降药组盐酸小檗碱、盐酸巴马汀、黄芩苷、黄芩素的含量,并分别比较其含量。方法采用Phenomenex Gemini C18110A色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.05%三乙胺水溶液(磷酸调pH为3.0)、梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长275 nm,柱温40℃。对半夏泻心汤及其苦降药组主要成分含量进行比较。结果盐酸小檗碱、盐酸巴马汀、黄芩苷、黄芩素进样量分别在146.11～2 337.76 ng,38.8～540.8 ng,592.6～9 481.6 ng,30.83～493.28 ng范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为96.10%(RSD=2.34%),95.36%(RSD=1.96%),96.47%(RSD=2.15%),95.84%(RSD=2.44%)。半夏泻心汤中盐酸小檗碱、盐酸巴马汀、黄芩苷的含量明显高于苦降药组中的含量。结论从主要成分含量上看,半夏泻心汤全方较苦降药组有明显的配伍优势。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To determine berberine,palmatine,baicalin and baicalein i n Pinelliae Decoction for Purging Stomach-Fire and its bitter drugs for purgati on by HPLC and make comparative study.Methods We compared the key component cont ents in Pinelliae Decoction for Purging Stomach-Fire and its bitter drugs for p urgation.The analysis was performed on Phenomenex Gemini C18 110A column(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) with mobile phase gradient of CH3CN-0.05%triethylamine water s olution(H3PO4 adjust pH to 3.0) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavel ength was 275 nm,and the detection temperature was 40 ℃.Results The linear ran ge were 146.11-2 337.76 ng for berberine,38.8-540.8 ng for palmatine,592.69 481.6 ng for baicalin,and 30.83-493.28 ng for baicalein.The average recoveri es were 96.10%(RSD=2.34%),95.36%(RSD=1.96%),96.47%(RSD=2.15%),95.84%(R SD=2.44%),respectively.The contents of berberine,palmatine,baicalin in Pinel liae Decoction for Purging Stomach-Fire were obviously higher than its bitter d rugs for purgation.Conclusion Pinelliae Decoction for Purging Stomach-Fire has better compatibility preponderance than the bitter drugs for purgation on key co mponent contents. |
