中西医结合治疗病毒性心肌炎32例临床观察

目的:分析中西医结合的方法对于病毒性心肌炎的疗效及关注点。方法:选取2009年1月～2011年11月来我院进行治疗的32例心肌炎患者,分为两组(西医组和中西医结合组),每组16人,分别采用西医用药的方式与中西医结合方式(西药加太子益母汤或者莲萸生脉汤)进行对比观察,在一个月之后对疗效进行统计分析。结果:西医组为观察组,中西医结合组为有效治疗组,结果显示中西医结合组的有效治愈率达到90%以上,而西医组的有效治愈率仅为65%左右。两组比较差异显著(P<0.05),同时中西医结合治疗显著优于西医治疗(P<0.05,0.01)。结论:对于病毒性心肌炎的治疗,中西医结合的方式远比西医疗法产生的效果要好。

Clinical Observation of Therapy of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Viral Myocarditis,A Report of 32 Cases

Objective:To analysis the method of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for viral myocarditis curative effect and attention point.Methods:32 cases of patients with myocarditis from 2009January to 2011November in our hospital were divided into two groups(western medicine group and combination medicine group,n = 16,respectively) with western medicine combined with traditional Chinese and Western medicine(western medicine plus Prince Yimu soup or lotus dogwood Shengmai Decoction) for comparative observation,analysis the efficacy after a month.Results:Western medicine group was the observation group,the combination group was effective treatment group,the results show the the cure rate of combination group was more than 90%,while western medicine group cure rate was only about 65%.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05),while the combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine treatment was superior to western medicine treatment(P<0.05,0.01).Conclusion:In the treatment of viral myocarditis,combination of TCM and Western medicine has better effect than western medicine therapy.
