前列地尔联合阿托伐他汀治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效观察

目的:观察前列地尔注射液联合阿托伐他汀治疗早期糖尿病肾病的效果。方法:62例住院糖尿病肾病患者,随机分为治疗组32例和对照组30例,两组患者均给予糖尿病饮食、控制血糖和降血压等常规治疗,对照组给予前列地尔注射液,治疗组在对照组基础上联合阿托伐他汀治疗,两组疗程均为4周,分别观察治疗前后两组尿白蛋白排泄率(urinary albumin excretionrate,UAER)、血肌酐(Scr)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)的变化。结果:治疗后与治疗前比较,对照组UAER显著降低(P<0.05)。治疗组UAER、Scr、LDL-C、TC、TG显著降低(P<0.05)。两组治疗后比较,治疗组UAER、Scr、LDL-C、TC、TG显著低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:前列地尔注射液联合阿托伐他汀治疗早期糖尿病肾病安全更有效。

Clinical Effects of Alprostadil Injection Combined with Atorvastatin on Early Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of alprostadil injection combined with atorvastatin on the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods: 62 patients with diabetic nephropathy were hospitalized,randomly divided into the treatment and control group in 32 cases and 30 cases.Both two groups were all given conventional treatments such as diabetes diet,control blood glucose and blood pressure and treatments,control group was treated by alprostadil injection,while the treatment group was treated by alprostadil injection and atorvastatin,the treatments of two groups both lasted for 4 weeks.We observed urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER),creatinine(Scr),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG) change of two groups before and after treatment.Results: UAER of two groups declined after treatment significantly(P < 0.05),Scr,LDL-C,TC,TG of the treatment group decreased significantly than before treatment(P< 0.05).After treatment,UAER,Scr,LDL-C,TC and TG of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05),the effectiveness of treatment group is better than that of control group.Conclusion: Alprostadil injection combined with atorvastatin on the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy is safe and more effective.
