卡维地洛长期治疗慢性心功能不全对患者心率及心律失常的影响研究

目的:研究卡维地洛长期治疗慢性心功能不全对患者心率及心律失常所产生的影响。方法:将2010年3月至2011年3月间到我院收治的60例慢性心功能不全患者随机均分为对照组与研究组,每组各30例。对照组采取常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上使用卡维地洛进行治疗,记录两组患者治疗前后数据,并进行对比研究。结果:研究组患者心功能分级、平均心率与左室射血分数情况均明显优于对照组P<0.05;两组心率失常发作病例无明显差异P>0.05。结论:卡维地洛在慢性心功能不全患者的临床治疗中疗效确切,未见有临床意义的缓慢型心律失常病例报告。

The Affect Study of Heart Rate and Arrhythmia of Long-term Treatment with Carvedilol in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

Objective:To study the affect of heart rate and arrhythmia of long-term treatment with carvedilol in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods: Divided 60 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital from March 2010 to March 2011 randomly divided into control group and study group,there are 30 cases in each group.The control group were given conventional treatment,on the basis of control group,the treatment group were given carvedilol treatment,recorded the data of two group patients before and after treatment,and did comparative study.Results:Cardiac function,the average heart rate and left ventricular ejection fraction of treatment group patients were significantly better than the control group of P<0.05;The cases of arrhythmia episodes were no significant difference P>0.05.Conclusion:The clinical treatment efficacy of carvedilol in patients with chronic heart failure is effective,no clinically significant arrhythmias were reported.
