基于不同药物的硬腰联合麻醉对股骨头骨折置换手术血流动力学的影响分析

目的:探讨基于不同药物的腰硬联合麻醉对股骨头骨折置换手术血流动力学的影响。方法:80例股骨头骨折置换手术平分为两组:观察组与对照组各40例,分别采用基于罗哌卡因与布比卡因药物的腰硬联合麻醉方法。结果:基于罗哌卡因与布比卡因药物的腰硬联合麻醉对股骨头骨折置换手术都改善了血流动力学,麻醉后SBP与麻醉前相比较略微降低,而HR的变化比较平稳,但是两组间麻醉前后各时间相比都无显著性差异(P>0.05)。两组不良反应发生情况无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:基于罗哌卡因的腰硬联合麻醉对于股骨头骨折置换手术有利于维持围术期血流动力学与生命体征的稳定,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。

The Hemodynamic Effects of Based on Different Drugs of Spinal and Epidural Anesthesia for Femoral Head Replacement Surgery

Objective: To explore the hemodynamic effects of Based on different drugs of spinal and epidural anesthesia for femoral head replacement surgery.Methods: 80 cases of femoral head replacement surgery were equally divided into two groups,The observation group and control group were respectively used the based on ropivacaine and bupivacaine spinal-epidural anesthesia drug methods.Results: Ropivacaine and bupivacaine on the epidural anesthesia drugs on the femoral head fracture replacement surgery had improved hemodynamics,anesthesia before anesthesia compared with the SBP slightly decreased,while changes in HR was relatively stable,but between the two groups were compared with the time before and after anesthesia had no significant difference(P> 0.05).Two groups of adverse events also had not statistically significant(P> 0.05).Conclusion: Ropivacaine epidural anesthesia for femoral head fractures replacement surgery can help maintain stable of perioperative hemodynamics and vital signs,theere are safe,reliable,worthy of clinical application.
