空心钉锁定钢板治疗股骨颈骨折

目的探讨空心钉锁定板治疗股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法回顾分析2010年2月～2011年2月采取空心钉锁定钢板治疗股骨颈骨折患者21例,并分析其疗效。结果术后切口均一期愈合,随访时间15.0～25.0个月,平均19.8个月,其中1例出现骨折不愈合,2例出现股骨头坏死,随访期间未发现股骨颈缩短、股骨颈旋转及脱钉现象。结论空心钉锁定板治疗股骨颈骨折疗效肯定,且能有效避免空心钉脱出,防止粉碎性骨折断端松动、出现股骨颈短缩,有效防止术后股骨颈旋转。

Locking plate with hollow screws for the treatment of femoral neck fracture

Objective To investigate the curative effectivness of locking plate with hollow screws for the femoral neck fractures.Methods From Feb.2010 to Feb.2011,21 patients with femoral neck fractures subjec to locking plate combined with hollow screws were reviewed retrospectively.Results Primary healing of operative incision was achieved in all cases.All patients were followed up for average 19.8 months(range 15-25 months).During the follow-up periods,there was no femoral neck shortening,rotation and removal of nails.Of them,disunion of formal neck fractures occurred in one case,and femur head aseptic necrosis in two cases.Conclusion Locking plate with hollow screws can avoid femoral neck shortening,rotation,removal of nails and comminuted fractures loosing.So it is a safe and effect way for femoral neck fractures.
