磷酸钠盐与传统3d肠道准备方法在结直肠癌术前肠道准备中的应用

目的:探讨在结直肠癌术前肠道准备中,采用口服磷酸钠盐肠道准备法的效果分析。方法:选取在我院2009年1月~2009年12月收治的符合结直肠癌患者诊断标准的60例患者分为两组:3 d肠道准备组(30例)和磷酸钠盐肠道准备组(30例)。通过临床观察比较两组患者的肠道清洁度、患者耐受度及住院天数。结果:两组患者术中肠道清洁度及术后并发症无明显差异(P>0.05),磷酸钠盐组肠道准备耐受度明显高于3 d肠道准备组(P<0.05)。磷酸钠盐组肠道准备组平均住院天数明显比3 d肠道准备组减少(P<0.05)。结论:结直肠癌患者行术前磷酸钠盐肠道准备,不仅能有效的清洁肠道,还降低了患者在肠道准备中的痛苦,减少了患者的住院天数,从而减轻了患者的负担。

Phosphoric Acid Sodium Salt and Traditional 3d Intestinal Tract Preparation Method before Colon Cancer Technique in Intestinal Tract Preparation Application

Objective: The discussion before the colon cancer technique in the intestinal tract preparation,uses the oral administration phosphoric acid sodium salt intestinal tract preparation method effect analysis.Methods: The selection in January,2009 December,2009 admits 60 example patients who in my courtyard conforms to the colon cancer patient to diagnose the standard to divide into two groups: 3d intestinal tract preparation group(30 examples) and phosphoric acid sodium salt intestinal tract preparation group(30 examples).Compares two group of patient’s intestinal tract cleanlinesses,the patient tolerance and in hospital number of days through the clinical observation.Results: After two group of patient techniques intestinal tract cleanliness and technique,the complication not obvious difference(P>0.05),the phosphoric acid sodium salt group intestinal tract preparation tolerance is higher than 3 d intestinal tract preparation group obviously(P<0.05).The phosphoric acid sodium salt group intestinal tract preparation group average in hospital number of days obvious ratio 3d intestinal tract preparation group reduces(P<0.05).Conclusions: Before colon cancer patient good technique,phosphoric acid sodium salt intestinal tract preparation,not can only have the clean intestinal tract,but also reduced patient’s in intestinal tract preparation pain,reduced patient’s in hospital number of days,thus lightened patient’s burden.
