祛腐生肌散治疗溃疡期压疮的疗效观察

目的:探讨祛腐生肌散治疗溃疡期压疮的疗效。方法:将21例患者64处溃疡期压疮随机分为试验组和对照组,每组32处;两组均采用常规综合疗法,局部用药对照组为磺胺嘧啶锌+TMP+庆大霉素,试验组为祛腐生肌散,治疗1~4周。结果:治疗后第1、2、3、4周末各时点,试验组临床疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.103、-1.977、-2.632、-2.147,P=0.035、0.048、0.008、0.032);两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论:祛腐生肌散局部用药治疗溃疡期压疮,疗效显著,优于常规局部用药,安全舒适,值得在临床应用推广。

An Observation on Efficacy of Qufushengjisan in Treatment of Pressure Ulcer in Ulcer Stage

Objective: To explore the efficacy of Qufushengjisan in treatment of pressure ulcer in ulcer stage.Methods: 21 patients with 64 pressure ulcer in ulcer stage were randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group.Each had 32 places of ulcer.The both groups were given a conventional comprehensive therapy.Local drug in the control group was Sulfa-drugs pyrimidine zinc add TMP add Gentamycin and it was Qufushengjisan in the experimental group.The treatment continued from 1 to 4 weeks.Results: On the first,second,third and fourth weekend after treatment,the clinic efficacy in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(Z=-2.103,-1.977,-2.632,-2.147,P=0.035,0.048,0.008,0.032).No significant adverse effect was found in the both groups.Conclusion: Local drug with Qufushengjisan has a significant efficacy in treatment of pressure ulcer in ulcer stage.Its efficacy is better than that of conventional local drug.It is rather safe and the patients feel comfortable also.Therefore,it is worth applying and extending in the clinic.
