云南省"九五"疟疾防治规划执行情况报告

目的 考核全省“九五”期间疟疾防治规划执行情况。方法采取现场考核的方法,全省组织10个工作组,对重点地、州的县、乡、村各级抗疟机构及防治工作进行抽样考核。结果执行“九五”规划使全省疟疾发病率由“八五”规划末年的12．59／万降为2．23／万的历史最低水平,比“八五”末年下降43．83％,完成了规划的指标。疟疾流行季节、地区分布、疟区分层等,也呈现了不同程度的变化。结论考核为我省进一步开展疟疾防治及下一个防治规划的制定和实施奠定了基础。

Report on Implementing Malaria Control Program in Yunnan Province during the Period of "9th Five-year Plan"

Objective To understand the malaria situation after implementing malaria control program during the period of "9th five year plan" i.e. from 1996 to 2000 in Yunnan Province. Method 10 working groups were organized and the malaria control institutions of different levels in 42 counties of 10 prefectures (cities, regions) were examined. Results The malaria incidence decreased from 12.59/10000 in end of "8th five year plan" to 2.23/10000 in 2000 with a reduction rate of 43.83% which reached the target of the malaria control program. In addition, the changes in endemic seasons and stratification of malaria endemic areas, as well as the results of malaria surveillance on anophline, reserovoir, IFAT, parasite rate of higher risk population, classification of endemic foci and malaria outbreak etc. also showed malaria decrease tendency. Conclusion The results have laid better foundation for implementing the next malaria control program in Yunnan Province.
