腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠83例临床体会

目的:探讨腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠的临床价值。方法:将同期住院治疗的异位妊娠患者167例分为两组,腹腔镜组(83例),对照组(84例),术中观察手术时间、出血量、术后记录肛门排气时间、术后需镇痛例数。结果:两组手术时间、出血量无显著差异(P>0.05),排气时间、住院时间、术后需镇痛例数存在显著差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:腹腔镜手术应用于异位妊娠治疗,具有术后恢复快、疼痛轻、住院时间短等优点,值得推广应用。

Clinical observation of laparoscope operation on ectopic pregnancy

Objective :To probe into the clinical value of laparoscope operation on ectopic pregnancy.Methods:167 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients were divided randomly into two groups,83 cases in the laparoscope group and 84 in the control group.The operation time and pro-operation amount of bleeding during operation were observed,the time of anus exsufflation and the analgesia cases after the operation were recorded.Results:It showed less difference in the operation time and amount of bleeding between the two group,but the difference in the time of exsufflation,hospitalized period and prooperation analgesia cases were significantly different (P<0.05).Conclusion:The laparoscope operation on ectopic pregnancy has the advantage of less pain,short hospitalized period and quick recovery,which is worth to be popularized in the clinic.
