| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合疗法治疗肺心病急性发作临床疗效.方法:66例CPHD急性发作期患者,随机分为治疗组、对照组,治疗组在常规西医治疗(除降低肺动脉高压药物)基础上,辨证施治,口服中药复方煎剂,对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察治疗前后两组患者临床疗效.结果:治疗组14 d综合疗效(ITT,意向性原则),32例中,临床控制、显效、有效、无效、死亡分别为9、11、8、3、1,对照组31例中分别为4、7、14、4、2,经非参数秩和检验,统计学处理有显著性差异(P《0.05).结论:中西医结合治疗方案对肺心病急性发作期有较好疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective:to investigate the effect of Chinese medicine and western medicine therapy on the acute episode pneumocardial disease.Method:66 cases of CPHD were divided treatment and control randomly.Two groups were treated with common therapy and treatment was added syndrome differentiation and treatment.Result:the general effect were control 9 cases,excellence 11 cases,effective 8 cases and death 3 cases in treatment and control 4 cases,excellence 7 cases,effective 14 cases and death 2 cases in control after 14 days.Conclusion:Chinese medicine and western medicine therapy has the better function to treating the acute episode pneumocardial disease. |
