| 摘 要： | 目的观察外切缝合加套扎术治疗环状嵌顿痔的临床疗效。方法将81例环状嵌顿痔患者随机分为外切缝合加套扎术组（研究组）与外剥内扎术组（对照组）。分别观察两组17占床疗效,术后并发症及疗程。结果研究组治愈率为95．6％,对照组治愈率为72．2％,两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01）;术后并发症及疗程方面,研究组明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论外切缝合加套扎术治疗环状嵌顿痔疗效确切,安全可靠,能减少术后并发症及缩短住院时间。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of External Excision and Suturation Combined with Automatic Ligation of Hemorrhoids in the treatment of Annular Incarcerated Hemorrhoid.
