| 摘 要： | 目的 探索胸腺肽的活性与其含量是否存在完全正相关性。方法 将不同含量的胸腺肽,用脱E受体法测定其活性。结果 胸腺肽的活性与其含量有一定的相关性,其含量愈高,活性愈高,但没有正比关系。结论 胸腺肽的活性与其肽的含量不完全正相关(r =0 5 9)。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the complete positive correlation between activity and content of Thymopolypeptide. Methods The activity of Thymopolypeptide for several content was determined by E receptor detach method. Results The activity has some dependability on content, and the activity was enhaced if the content was increased. But there was no direct proportion between activity and content. Conclusion The activity has no complete positive correlation with content (r=0.59). |
