克拉霉素为主短程三联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌的临床对照研究

目的：评价以克拉霉素为基础的短程（１周）三联疗法的幽门螺杆菌（ＨＰ）根除率。方法：采用随机对照临床试验。１３２例十二指肠球部溃疡（ＯＵ）和慢性胃炎（ＣＧ）ＨＰ阳性患者随枘发为４个治疗组：ＯＡＣ组、ＯＦＣ组、ＯＦＡ组、ＯＭＣ组。ＯＦＡ组。ｂｉｄ，疗程均为１周，治疗结束后４～８周作＾１３Ｃ－尿素呼气试验判断ＨＰ根除率的效果。结果：实际完成治疗１２７全盥同方案的ＨＰ根除率分别为：ＯＡＣ组９０．３％，ＯＦＣ组９０．９％。ＯＭＣ组７０．９％，及ＯＦＡ组６５．６％。结论：ＯＡＣ组和ＯＦＣ疗法对ＨＰ具有相当高的根除率。含克拉霉素的三联疗法ＯＡＣ和ＯＦＣ方案是适合我国国情的根除ＨＰ行之有效的方案。

Randomly Controlled Trial of Triple Regimens Containing Clarithromycin for Eradication of H. Pylori

Objective: To assess eradicating rates of H. pylori(HP) with short course (one week) triple regimens containing clarithromycin. Method: A clinical controlled trial was conducted in 134 cases of patients, with duodenal ulcer (DU) and chronic gastritis associated with positive HP, which were randomly divided into four treated groups (OAC, OFC, OMC, and OFA). All patients took drug two times daily, the treatment course of every patient was one week. C expiration test was conducted 4-8 weeks after the and of treatment course, determining the effect of HP-eradicated. Result; 127 cases have completed whole course in pratice. The eradicating rates of different regimens were 90.3 % (OAC), 90. 9 % (OFC), 70.9 % (OMC), and65.6 %(OFA), respectively. Conclusion; There were obvious eradicating rate with the treament regimens-OAC and OFC.The OAC0 and OFC regimens of triple therapy containing clarithromycin were effective regimen of eradicating H. Pylori in the specific state of our country.
