长骨转移瘤影像学特征分析

目的：加强对长骨转移瘤影像学的认识,提高诊断准确率。方法：回顾分析24例经病理或随访证实的长骨转移瘤的影像学表现,男10例,女14例,年龄21～80岁,平均52岁。结果：9例具有骨膜反应,其中1例为层状骨膜反应,1例为中断型骨膜反应伴骨皮质中断,其余7例为骨皮质增厚。结论：长骨转移瘤影像学表现多样化,但具有特征性。结合患者临床表现、检查和病理诊断,分析影像学资料,与原发性恶性骨肿瘤相鉴别,可提高诊断准确率。

Imaging characteristic analysis of metastasis tumor in long bones

Objective:To study the image of metastasis tumor in long bones and to improve the accuracy of diagnosis.Methods: Twenty-four patients with metastasis tumor in long bones certified by pathology or follow-up were analyzed,included 10 male and 14 female,aged from 21 to 80,with the average of 52 years old.Results:Nine patients showed periosteal reaction,including 1 case of layer form,1 case of discontinue form accompanied by cortex broken and 7 cases of cortex thicken.Conclusion:The diversity of the images of metastasis tumor in long bones was observed with its own characteristic.Combined with the clinical manifestation,pathology and image analysis and differential diagnosis with primary malignant bone tumor could improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
