攀枝花市社区居民食物结构及饮食习惯调查

摘    要:目的了解攀枝花市社区居民食物结构及饮食习惯,为制定攀枝花市城市居民饮食营养干预计划提供依据。方法在攀枝花市城区随机抽取社区居民33个社区的常住居民213人抽样进行问卷调查。结果社区居民炒菜用植物油79.5%;用动物油1.4%;用动、植物油占17.1%。有26.2%的社区居民每天不吃主食,有13.8%的社区居民每天不吃蔬菜,50%的社区居民每天吃水果。有70%的社区居民不能每天吃猪、牛、羊等畜肉,有94.8%的社区居民不是每天吃鸡、鸭、鹅等禽肉,有95.2%的社区居民不是每天吃水产品。74.8%的社区居民不是每天吃蛋及蛋制品,有91.4%的社区居民不是每天吃豆及豆制品,有82.9%的社区居民做不到每天吃乳及乳制品。结论攀枝花市大部分社区居民的饮食习惯与居民膳食指南的要求有差距。

Abstract:Objective To understand the food composition and dietary habits of the residents in the community in Panzhihua,and provide evidence for the development of food and nutritional intervention measures.Methods A total of 213 residents were selected randomly from 33 communities in Panzhihua,and questionnaire survey was conducted among them.Results Up to 79.5% of the residents used plant oil to cook food,1.4% used animal oil and 17.1% used mixture of plant oil and animal oil.Totally 26.2% of the residents didn't eat staple food on each day,13.8% didn't eat vegetables on each day,and 50% didn't eat fruit on each day.Altogether 70% of the residents didnt eat pork,beef or lamb on each day,94.8% didn't eat chicken,duck or goose on each day,95.2% dint eat aquatic products on each day,74.8% didn't eat eggs or egg-products on each day,91.4% didn't eat beans or bean-products on each day and 82.9% dint drink milk or eat dairy products on each day.Conclusion The food composition of the residents in Panzhihua differs with the recommendations in citizen dietary guideline.
