| 摘 要： | 肝移植已逐渐成为部分终末期肝病和肝癌患者的首选治疗方法,肝血管的术前影像学评价和肝移植术后血管源性并发症的早期诊断对肝移植手术的成功率有重要影响.CT血管成像以其无创、方便、快速的特点,在肝移植中得到了广泛的应用.

| Abstract: | In recent years, liver transplanlation has been the first choice of option for the treatment of patients with endstage liver disease or hepatic carcinoma. It is important to evaluate hepatic vessels before operation and detect complications from hepatic vessels in the postoperative period. Computed tomography angiography is a valuable imaging method to demonstrating hepatic vessels. |
