小儿脑性瘫痪患者头皮静脉损伤的观察护理

目的:对小儿脑性瘫痪患者头皮静脉损伤进行观察和原因分析,给予相应的护理干预.方法:对50例小儿脑性瘫痪患儿输液前根据血管条件,认真选择血管及穿刺部位,或给予50%MgSO4湿熟敷等预防性护理措施;输液中有计划的安排治疗方案,根据药液性质和病情,调整恰当的输液速度,合理地保护血管;输液后进行有效的康复指导,全方位的给予护理干预.结果:本组中患儿发生轻度刺激征8例,占16%,中度刺激征3例,占6%,重度刺激征0例,静脉炎发生2例,未发生一例静脉局部坏死.结论:恰当的护理措施有效地预防了小儿脑性瘫痪患儿头皮静脉损伤,为临床预防小儿脑性瘫痪患儿头皮静脉损伤提供方法上的指导.

Observation and nursing care for scalp venous injury in infants with cerebral palsy

Objective To observe and analyse the reason of scalp venous injury among infants with cerebral palsy, meanwhile, to give proper nursing interference in order to obtain better results. Methods According to the venous natural condition, in 50 cases of infants with cerebral palsy, to choose the sites of venous puncture seriously before infusion, or to prevent with 50% MgSO4 hot-humid application. Furthermore, to manage the infusion scheme, adjust the infusion speed, protect the veins properly, and to give effective instructions in rehabilitation. Results In this group, 8 cases were slight irritation(16%) and 3 were moderate irritation(6%), with no serious irritation and two cases of venous inflammation. Nobody suffers from venous local necrosis. Conclusion Taking proper nursing measure will not only prevent scalp venous injury effectively, but also provide the instructional method in clinical pretreatment.
