| 摘 要： | 目的建立天麻头痛片中天麻素的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,流动相:乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液(5∶95),检测波长220 nm,流速1.0 mL.min-1,柱温为室温。结果天麻素在3.42~170 mg.L-1(r=0.9998,n=6)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.96%,RSD=1.20%。结论本法简便,灵敏,重复性好,准确可靠,可有效用于天麻头痛片质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for the determination of gastrodin in Tianma toutong tablets.Methods HPLC method was used and the samples were separated by VP-ODS column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm).The mobile phase was actonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid solution(5∶95) with the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was at 220 nm and the column temperature was at door temperature.Results The linear range of gastrodin was 3.42 ～170 mg·L-1(r=0.9998,n=6).The average recovery was 98.96%,RSD=1.20%.Conclusion This method is simple,sensitive,accurate and can be used to determine the contents of gastrodin in Tianma toutong tablets. |
