鼻内镜手术辅用鼻渊舒口服液治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床研究

目的观察鼻渊舒口服液对慢性鼻窦炎功能性鼻内镜手术（FESS）后疗效的影响.方法将628例临床确诊为慢性鼻窦炎的患者随机分为治疗组320例和对照组308例.对照组进行FESS加常规药物治疗;治疗组在行FESS和常规药物治疗的基础上,加服鼻渊舒口服液.结果治疗组320例,治愈率80.3%;对照组308例,治愈率72.7%.治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组.结论鼻渊舒口服液可增强慢性鼻窦炎FESS的疗效,可作为慢性鼻窦炎综合治疗的推广用药之一.

Clinical investigation on the therapeutic effect of a combined therapy with Nasosinusitis Relieving Oral Liquid and functional endoscopic sinus surgery on chronic sinusitis

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Nasosinusitis Relieving Oral Liquid(NROL) on the cases with chronic sinusitis following the surgical treatment of functional endoscopic sinus surgery(FESS) Methods Included in this study were 628 cases with chronic sinusitis,being randomly divided into two groups,with 320 in treating group (TG) and 308 in controlling one(CG).The cases in TG were treated by the combined therapy with NROL and FESS plus routine drugs,and the cases of CG were treatd simply by the therapy of FESS plus routine drugs.Results The therapeutic effect of TG was significantly superior to that of CG,with the curative rates being 80.3%(257/320)and 72.7%(224/308)for TG and CG respectively (P<0.05).Conclusions The therapy combined with NROL can improve the therapeutic effect of FESS on chronic sinusitis further and,as one of the effective medicines,it is advisable to integrate it into the complex therapy for this kind of lesion.
