大肠癌EGF受体表达对细胞增殖的影响

摘    要:目的研究EGF受体(EGFR)在大肠癌中表达的意义,并探讨其对细胞增殖的影响.方法用免疫组化LSAB法检测86例大肠癌组织EGFR,PCNA的表达.结果在86例被检组织中,EGFR阳性表达44例(512%),低分化癌(800%,40/50)、淋巴结转移癌(688%,22/32)较高分化(389%,14/36)、淋巴结未受累大肠癌(407%,22/54)有更高的EGFR表达(P<005).DukesA,B,C期大肠癌的EGFR表达率分别为320%,483%,688%,C期与A期比较差异显著;EGFR阳性大肠癌较阴性癌有更高的PCNA标记(两者PCNAⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ级的例数分别为4,8,17,15;14,16,7,5;P<005).结论EGFR过表达与大肠癌恶性程度、转移趋势密切相关,并可促使癌细胞过度增生.

Abstract:AIM To study EGF receptor (EGFR) expression in colorectal cancer and to evaluate its effect on cell proliferation. METHODS EGFR and PCNA in 86 colorectal cancer tissues were detected by immunohistochemical method (LSAB technic). RESULTS EGFR expression was observed in 44/86 cases (51 2%). The positive rates of EGFR in poorly differentiated (80 0%, 40/50 ) and lymph node metastatic cancer (68 8%, 22/32 ) were higher than those in well differentiated (38 9%, 14/36 ) and non lymph node involved colorectal cancer (40 7%, 22/54 ), ( P <0 05). Expression rates of EGFR in A, B and C stage colorectal cancer were 32 0%, 48 3% and 68 8% respectively, with a significant difference between C and A stage. A more intensive PCNA expression was found in EGFR positive colorectal cancer. CONCLUSION A close relationship between EGFR expression and malignant degree exists in colorectal cancer with metastatic tendency, and EGFR can cause cancerous cell overproliferation.
