| 摘 要： | 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声检查诊断急性阑尾炎的临床价值。方法对69例临床手术及病理检查证实的急性阑尾炎病例的彩色多普勒超声检查结果进行分析。结果以超声显示肿大阑尾为直接征象诊断急性阑尾炎,诊断符合率为71.01%(49/69);以超声显示肿大阑尾结合间接征象诊断急性阑尾炎,诊断符合率为88.41%(61/69)。结论彩色多普勒超声检查中,综合急性阑尾炎的直接征象和间接征象并结合临床表现进行分析,可为临床提供客观的诊疗依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical value of color doppler ultrasonic in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis. Method The color doppler images of 69 acute appendicitis cases identified by pathology after operation were analyzed. Result Swollened appendix can be considered as the direct sign of acute appendicitis in echo vision. The diagnose accordance rate is 71.01% （49/69） ; Swollened appendix combinded with indirect sign can also diagnose the acute appendix, the diagnose accordance rate is 88.4% （61/69）. Conclusion The direct and indirect sign of color doppler ultrasonic of acute appendix can provide objectively diagnostic and therapeutic basis based on theanalysis with its clinical manifestation. |
