| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CT在股骨头无菌性坏死中诊断价值。方法收集44例有X线及CT诊断股骨头无菌性坏死影像资料进行分析。结果44例中单侧股骨头受累32例,双侧受累12例,股骨头外形完整16个,塌陷28个。结论CT能发现X线不能发现的早期股骨头无菌性坏死病变;对已发现的病变能更客观、更准确地反映病变范围和程度;能清楚显示骨性关节面、骨皮质中断及关节腔内异物,髋臼缘硬化等,对本病的诊断具有实用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the diagnostic value of CT in nonbacterial necrosis of femoral head. Methods The imaging data for 44 cases with this condition diagnosed by X-ray or CT were analyzed. Results In 44 cases of nonbacterial necrosis of femoral head,32 cases in only one side,while 12 cases in both sides.There were 16 hip joints with femoral head normal,and 28 depressed in shape. Conclusion CT can find early lesion of nonbacterial necrosis of femoral head comparison to X-ray. So far as the lesion been found, CT can define the extension and level of lesion more objectively and more accurately.CT can show bone dome,destroyed cortex, endovascular substance and sclerosis of acetabalar verge. It has a practial value in diagnosing this disease. |
