兔膀胱平滑肌电检测的实验研究

摘    要:目的探索检测膀胱平滑肌肌电的方法及其肌电特征。方法用Ag-AgCl电极直接检测家兔的膀胱充盈期、排尿期的电活动情况,同时测定膀胱内压及检测膀胱邻近组织肌电活动,并对其检测数据分析处理。结果膀胱排尿期记录到的电信号,其特征是无特定规律、无周期性的脉冲串,频率999.65±27.34(次/min)幅值0.076±0.012(mv)。基本波形是在电平线的背景上产生爆发性的一连串幅度不等的单相或双相动作电位。膀胱充盈期无明显电活动表现。电活动的产生均伴随着膀胱内压的升高,且先于膀胱内压的升高。结论用Ag-AgCl双电极可直接检测兔膀胱电活动,通过分析、处理后,膀胱平滑肌电活动具有一定特征。

Experimental study on myoelectric detection in vesical smooth muscle of rabbits

Abstract:Objective To explore a suitable method for detection of electric activity of vesical smooth muscle and search for its myoelectric characteristics. Methods A pair of Ag - Agcl electrodes was placed under the serosa of urinary bladder of male rabbit and recorded in par- allel machine. Electrical activities and intravesical pressures were detected at filling period and micturating period of bladder , as well as, electrical activities of adjacent tissue of bladder were detected meanwhile. Results The electrical activity signal could be recorded from bladder. Its characteristic was displayed as random and non - periodical impulse. Frequency was 999.65 ± 27.34 (piece/min). peak was 0. 076± 0.012 (mv) . The fundamental form of wave is a series of explosional and different amplitude monophasic or biphasic action potential at background of base line. The filling period of bladder had not obvious manifestation of electrical activity. Conclusions The electrical activities of vesical smooth muscle is recorded in experiment. The electrical activities of vesical smooth muscle have its own feature.
