针灸治疗腰腿痛的疗效评估与分析

目的：用“腰腿痛病人调查表”,摸拟ADL(日常生活活动)指数表,评估和讨论针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症、腰椎退行性变、腰肌劳损的效果及其意义。方法：利用法国风湿病学会提供的腰腿痛病人“患者调查表”进行改良,摸拟了ADL的指数,共设二十问题,针对腰椎间盘突出症、腰椎退行性变、腰肌劳损,各30例,分别对其自觉症状、生活能力、心理状况、及对针灸治疗的信任度,进行对针灸治疗效果的评估。并对这三种腰腿痛的病史及相关性进行分析。结果：治疗前后,腰肌劳损指数相差达99％,腰椎退行性变指数相差达93％,腰椎间盘突出症指数相差达89％。统计显示和传统方法无明显差异,但更具有客观性。同时推测腰肌劳损,是影响腰椎退变和腰椎间盘突出症的可能性。结论：1．运用“腰腿痛病人调查表”来评估针灸治疗效果是客观地、有效地和人性化的;2．针灸治疗在一定的程度上,是预防和阻止了腰椎间盘突出症和腰椎退变的发生和发展。

Therapeutic effect analysis of low back pain treated by acupuncture and moxibustion

Purpose:To evaluate the result and significance of the hernia of lumber vertebra disc,degeneration of lumber vertebra,strain of lumbar muscles treated with acupuncture and moxibustion analyzed by investigation formulary of low back pain and imitating ADL (activities of daily living) index formulary.Method:"Patient investigation formulary"was supplied by French RA academic association,improved and imitated as ADL index for 20 questions which served as hernia of lumber vertebrae disc,degeneration of lumber vertebrae,strain of lumbar muscles to 30 cases respectively.To evaluate the effective rate of acupuncture therapy from themselves symptoms,living ability,psychlolgy and the rate of belief of acupuncture therapy.To analyze the history and correlation ship of these 3 different low back and lumbar pain.Result:Before and after treatment,there was 99% difference of index of degeneration of lumbar vertebra,89% of index of hernia of lumbar vertebra disc.There was no statistically difference compared with traditional methods.But there was much active meanwhile the strain of low back was a potential factor to influence the hernia of lumbar vertebra disc and degeneration of lumbar vertebra.Conclusion:(1).There were active,effective and humanized,to be evaluated with "low back and limb pain investigation formulary." (2).To some extent,acupuncture and moxibustion would be able to prevent the lumbar vertebra disc and degeneration of lumbar vertebra from occurrence and aggravation.
