| 摘 要： | 目的探讨米氮平治疗躯体形式障碍的疗效及安全性。方法对80例躯体形式障碍患者分别用米氮平或阿米替林治疗8周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）及副反应量表（TESS）评定药物疗效及不良反应。结果米氮平与阿米替林疗效相当，起效快，米氮不良反应轻微。结论米氮平治疗躯体形式障碍疗效肯定，不良反应小。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effectiveness and the safeness of mirtazapine and amitriptyline in the treatment of somatoform disorders. Methods Eighty patients with somatoform disorders were divided into two groups and were treat with mirtazapine and amitriptyline respectively for eight weeks. All patients were assessed with HAMD and TESS to estimate the efficacy and side effects of the drugs. Results Compared with amitriptyline, mirtazapine was shown to have almost the same effectiveness, but quicker response and milder side effects. Conclusion Mirtazapine has positive efficacy and less side effect in the treatment of somatoform disorder. |
