优质护理服务对抑郁症患者服药依从性和护理满意度的影响研究

目的分析优质护理服务对抑郁症患者服药依从性和护理满意度的影响。方法选择2016年12月至2018年11月本院收治的90例抑郁症患者为研究对象,按就诊顺序分为两组各45例。对照组患者接受常规化护理,观察组患者在此基础上接受优质护理服务,比较两组患者的护理满意度以及服药依从性。结果观察组的服药依从性为97.78%,显著高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为97.78%,显著高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。结论优质护理服务有助于提升抑郁症患者的服药依从性以及护理满意度。

Study on the Effect of High-Quality Nursing Service on the Medication Compliance and Nursing Satisfaction Degree of Patients with Depression

Objective To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing service on the medication compliance and nursing satisfaction degree of patients with depression.Methods 90 patients with depression admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to November 2018 were selected as research objects,and divided into two groups according to the admission order,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received high-quality nursing service on the basis of the control group.The medication compliance and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The medication compliance of the observation group was 97.78%,significantly higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 97.78%,significantly higher than 73.33%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions High-quality nursing service is helpful to improve the medication compliance and nursing satisfaction degree of patients with depression.
