一氧化氮吸入联合高频振荡通气治疗新生儿肺动脉高压的临床效果观察

摘    要:目的探讨一氧化氮吸入联合高频振荡通气治疗新生儿肺动脉高压的临床效果。方法选择2016年11月至2019年5月我院收治的120例新生儿肺动脉高压患儿,随机分为两组各60例。对照组行单独高频振荡通气治疗,观察组给予一氧化氮吸入联合高频振荡通气治疗,比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组的总有效率为86.67%,显著高于对照组的63.33%(P <0.05)。治疗后,两组的收缩期肺动脉压(SPAP)显著下降,体循环收缩压(SBP)显著升高(P <0.05);观察组治疗后的SPAP显著低于对照组,SBP显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为5.00%,显著低于对照组的20.00%(P <0.05)。结论一氧化氮吸入联合高频振荡通气治疗新生儿肺动脉高压的临床效果显著,可有效改善血压指标。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of nitric oxide inhalation combined with high-frequency oscillatory ventilation in the treatment of neonatal pulmonary hypertension. Methods A total of 120 neonates with pulmonary hypertension admitted to our hospital from November 2016 to May 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with high-frequency oscillatory ventilation alone, and the observation group was treated with nitric oxide inhalation combined with high-frequency oscillatory ventilation. The clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 86.67%, significantly higher than 63.33% of the control group(P <0.05). After treatment, the systolic pulmonary arterial pressure(SPAP) in both groups decreased significantly, and the systemic systolic blood pressure(SBP) increased significantly(P <0.05);SPAP of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and SBP was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of complications of the observation group was 5.00%, significantly lower than 20.00% of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions Nitric oxide inhalation combined with high-frequency oscillatory ventilation in the treatment of neonatal pulmonary hypertension has significant clinical effect, which can effectively improve the blood pressure indicators.
