正畸联合正颌治疗对骨性Ⅲ类错颌畸形伴偏颌患者咬合功能及外貌改善的影响

目的探讨正畸联合正颌治疗对骨性Ⅲ类错颌畸形伴偏颌患者咬合功能及外貌改善的影响。方法选取56例骨性Ⅲ类错颌畸形伴偏颌患者,均行正畸联合正颌治疗,比较患者治疗前后的咬合功能及外貌情况。结果治疗后3个月,患者的咬肌(右侧)募集电位、二腹肌(两侧)募集电位、两侧上唇及下唇偏斜量Q值均较治疗前降低,颞肌、咬肌及二腹肌不对称指数以及两侧下颌偏斜量Q值均较治疗前提高(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月,患者的颞肌、咬肌、二腹肌募集电位(两侧)及两侧下颌偏斜量Q值均较治疗前及治疗后3个月提高,颞肌、咬肌、二腹肌不对称指数以及两侧上唇及下唇偏斜量Q值均较治疗前及治疗后3个月降低(P均<0.05)。结论正畸联合正颌治疗可有效改善骨性Ⅲ类错颌畸形伴偏颌患者的咬合功能及外貌。

The Effect of Orthodontics Combined with Orthognathia Treatment on Occlusion Function and Appearance Improvement of Patients with SkeletalⅢMalocclusion and Mandibular Shifting

Objective To explore the effect of orthodontics combined with orthognathia treatment on occlusion function and appearance improvement of patients with skeletalⅢmalocclusion and mandibular shifting.Methods 56 patients with skeletalⅢmalocclusion and mandibular shifting were selected,and all patients received orthodontics combined with orthognathia treatment.The occlusion function and appearance before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment for 3 months,patients’recruitment potential of masseter muscle(right side)and digastric muscle(two sides),Q value of the upper and lower lip deviation of both sides were lower than those before treatment,and patients’asymmetry index of temporal muscle,masseter muscle and digastric muscle,and Q value of bilateral mandibular deviation of both sides were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment for 6 months,patients’recruitment potential of temporal muscle,masseter muscle and digastric muscle(two sides),and Q value of the upper and lower lip deviation of both sides were higher than those before treatment and after treatment for 3 months,and the asymmetry index of temporal muscle,masseter muscle and digastric muscle,and Q value of the upper and lower lip deviation of both sides were lower than those before treatment and after treatment for 3 months(P<0.05).Conclusions Orthodontics combined with orthognathia treatment can effectively improve the occlusion function and appearance of patients with skeletalⅢmalocclusion and mandibular shifting.
