延续性4C护理对冠心病患者生存质量及再入院率的影响

目的探讨延续性4C护理对冠心病患者生存质量及再入院率的影响。方法选取2017年10月至2019年1月我院收治的冠心病患者78例,随机分为两组各39例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用延续性4C护理。护理4个月后,比较两组患者的生存质量及再入院率。结果护理4个月后,观察组的SF-36各维度评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的再入院率为5.13%,显著低于对照组的25.64%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者采用延续性4C护理有利于改善出院后的生存质量,减少病情反复发作,降低再入院率。

Effects of Continuous 4C Nursing on the Quality of Life and Readmission Rate of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To explore the effects of continuous 4 C nursing on the quality of life and readmission rate of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 78 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received regular nursing,and the observation group received continuous 4 C nursing.After nursing for 4 months,the quality of life and readmission rate were compared between two groups.Results After nursing for 4 months,the scores of dimensions of SF-36 of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The readmission rate of observation group was 5.13%,significantly lower than 25.64%of control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusions Continuous 4 C nursing for patients with coronary heart disease is beneficial to improve the quality of life after discharge,reduce the recurrent attacks of disease,and reduce the readmission rate.
