摘    要:目的研究促酰化蛋白(ASP)对胎儿宫内生长受限(FGR)新生儿生长发育的影响。方法选择我院2014年3月至2019年1月收治180例产妇为研究对象,根据出生体质量均分为LGA组、AGA组、FGR组,比较三组的脐血ASP及血脂水平,分析脐血ASP与新生儿生长发育指标的相关性。结果①脐血ASP水平、游离脂肪酸水平、甘油三脂水平LGA组>AGA组>FGR组。②脐血ASP水平与LGA新生儿出生体质量、SF4均呈正相关,与AGA新生儿SF4呈正相关,与FGR新生儿出生体质量、腹围、SF4均呈正相关。结论ASP可能通过脂代谢影响胎儿的体脂分布,脐血ASP可成为评价FGR新生儿生长发育的有效指标。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of acylation-stimulating protein(ASP)on the growth and development of newborns with fetal growth restriction(FGR).Methods 180 cases of parturients in our hospital from March 2014 to January 2019 were selected as research objects,and were equally divided into LGA group,AGA group and FGR group according to birth weight.The levels of cord blood ASP and blood lipids in the three groups were compared,and the correlations between the cord blood ASP and the indicators of growth and development of newborn were analyzed.Results①LGA group had the highest levels of cord blood ASP,free fatty acid and triglyceride,followed by AGA group,and FGR group had the lowest levels of indicators.②The level of ASP in cord blood was positively correlated with the birth weight and SF4 in LGA newborns,positively correlated with the SF4 in AGA newborns,and positively correlated with the birth weight,abdominal circumference and SF4 in FGR newborns.Conclusions ASP may affect the distribution of fetal body fat through lipid metabolism.ASP in cord blood can be an effective index to evaluate the growth and development of FGR newborns.
